This week I’ve been doing more low-impact exercises to really give my calf muscle a chance to heal. I also thought it was time to give myself a way of tracking my exercises (outside of my fitbit app) in a more general overview kind of way, and to give you a bit of an idea of how I’m doing.
So now I have a training schedule.
Also I still don’t know wtf I’m “training” for, but everyone calls it training, and it does give it the idea that it’s an ongoing perpetual type commitment.
Any suggestions on other low impact exercises that will still get my heart rate up?
