I did a big long walk tonight of 50 minutes. That’s way longer than I ever have walked in years. It wasn’t just walking though, there was also interval jogging too.
I’m really proud of how my fitness is improving. I’m pushing myself a bit further everyday which is great. I’m also feeling a bit stronger everyday too.
The best part is now when I exercise I don’t feel like I’m going to die!
As of today I’ve also now lost 8% of my body weight which is awesome. I’m pretty happy with that too.
I finally feel like I’m looking forward to exercising.
