Can’t Sleep 🙁

As is happening a lot my body seems to be not sleeping. Either I have trouble getting to sleep, or I wake up for long periods in the night.

I’m not really sure if the exercise is affecting me, or if the food intake is the issue. My mind races with amazing possibilities of what my new fit body will eventually be able to do. It’s annoying and distracting and I’d really love a good night’s sleep.
