Yesterday I experimented with the largest jogging expedition EVER, and I’m pleased to report it was a success! I went on a fairly big walk and really pushed myself with interval jogging. In total I was exercising for 1.25 hours, which is an amazing achievement in itself.
While exercising I’m feeling:
- Stronger
- Big deep breaths
- Longer strides
I’m not feeling:
- Like I’m going to die
- As much joint pain in my knees
- Tired immediately
- Constantly out of breath
I’m now exercising everyday, and trying to incorporate new things, but the nightly walks are my exercise staple, and I’m so pleased they’re improving.
I honestly thought exercise progress would be much slower than this. Fitness improvement is really amazing.
