I’m not sure if I’m stuck in a rut, or feeling slack, but things haven’t been so amazing this week. Zumba was cancelled yesterday because of excessive rain and a muddy field, so I went for a 30 minute walk instead. I jogged for a lot of the walk and averaged 5km/hr, but felt slack for only exercising for 30 minutes.
The scales were also not so kind to me, giving me back 2kg that I had previously taken off.
I think I need to investigate some other options for exercise to keep mixing it up.
Tennis was great, but because I pulled my calf twice doing it, I’m trying to nurse the muscle back to full health and don’t want to keep aggrevating it and risk permanent damage. Heal little calf, you’re so strong!
Thinking about possibly going to a gym as there are loads of machines I’d like to try out like the rowing machine and some bikes to mix it up a bit. I need a friend to go with me though, as I’m soooo uncomfy about all the beautiful people I percieve to be in gyms! Might ask Cheryl if she’ll go.
