I’m feeling much more in control this week. I’ve been eating well, my cravings are no longer controlling me, and I’ve been exercising.
In case this ever happens to me again… my quickier back on track steps:
- Guilt doesn’t help.
Somehow put your godamn mind at ease girl. - Track everything.
Stop caring about what you’re eating, and just concentrate on writing everything down. - Weigh in everyday.
And of course, record it. - Get organised.
That is, buy enough stuff for breakfast and lunch in advance. - Move more.
If you’re sitting, fidget. If you’re standing, take steps. Go for a walk. Just move your sorry ass.
