I find goal setting difficult. The trouble is at the beginning, when I need to decide what I want.
Happy, I just want to be happy
Can happiness be a goal? Not a SMART goal, but a goal just the same?
Perhaps happiness is the guiding light.
So then the question is: What makes me happy?
100s of little tiny things.
- Scrumping a loaded public fruit tree.
- Seeing wildlife, especially up close.
- Discovering new foods and flavours.
- Sharing culture and tradition.
- Learning new things.
- Feeling the first rays of sunrise.
- Finishing something hard.
- Speaking before an audience.
- Connecting with friends.
- Swimming.
My dreams are always drawn to doing more of these little things. They’re not large, lofty ordeals. They’re always small.
I’m so lost here.
