Trying to mix up the exercises a bit and tried water aerobics at the local pool this week. It cost $10 for a 1 hour class, and I really enjoyed the experience.
Exercising in the water is great because it’s much cooler! I also really love the water so I don’t feel like I’m exercising, even when it’s hard.
I also was able to coax a friend into coming with me and it made for an excellent giggly, jiggly exercising occasion.
One recommendation though for anyone trying water aerobics, you might need to get some water booties because the bottom surface of the pool can really chop up your foot skin.
